My name is Naras Gayatri Prameswari, but you can just call me Naras.

I am a senior, journalism student at Augustana University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. For my Multimedia Journalism class, I have to create a professional blog and portfolio, and here I am.

Being a foreign student from Indonesia, I have been exposed to a lot of international traveling and adjusting to a new environment, let it be short term or long term. I then started to develop a passion for more adventures. What I also love about traveling is it compliments my love for writing as well.

Therefore, just like my personal blog, this website is dedicated to everything travel: tips, destinations, local insights, food recommendation, and more.

I mostly will focus on my own trip diary and experience. I know traveling is not always fun; there are always struggles and problems come along the way. Therefore, I’ll try my best not to sugarcoat my posts. It’s raw. It’s real.

There will also be reviews of travel-related products and brands that I try and either love or hate.
